1. "Understanding is the new bottleneck” - Geoffrey Litt. One of my favourite blogs to read on software, tech and AI. As agents write more and more of the code, figuring out new and novel ways to understand the code, or maintain a “map” of a codebase or product architecture in our heads, is going to be increasingly important. There are a bunch of fun and interesting tips and tactics in here for doing just that.

2. “Your Most Improbable Life” - Kevin Kelly. As always, great, pithy and thought-provoking life advice from KK on standing out in a sea-of-sameness, particularly relevant in the AI era.

3. “Here Comes (Forward Deployed) Everybody” - Scott Werner. This is a very interesting idea from Scott: “Headless platforms externalize implementation labor onto your team. You’re forward-deployed for the vendor just billed to your own employer”. Interesting way to think about it!
